#93 Root tab folder in settings

It would be excellent if the program could have a root tabs folder in its settings which would be the default location displayed in the file browser when opening a new tab. i tend to have all of my tabs hierarchically organised and for some reason when i open a tab , i have to navigate to where my tabs are stored every single time!
