#49 Export tuxguitar on central

Hi guys,

would it be possible to release tuxguitar on maven central or jcenter (a public maven repository)? Process is a bit boring but not very complicated (needs to create a jira account on oss sonatype instance and then update few plugins in the pom for central for instance). The goal is to let java developers reuse several parts of tuxguitar without having to fork them. Typically input reading and exporters are very interesting and should IMHO be shared.
