#40 TuxGuitar-Ascii -- Unravel repeats

When exporting a song with repeats, the TuxGuitar-Ascii exporter simply exports as if the repeat never existed at all!!

There are a couple solutions:
1) Add ability in Ascii exporter to mark repeated sections
2) Add an export option to detect and unravel the repeated sections during ASCII export

I would prefer #2 myself.
