Cursor jumps back when stopping the player

Hi,
After stopping the player with the space bar, the cursor jumps back to the position where the player was started.
I am not sure if it is a bug or a feature, but nonetheless, I find this incredibly annoying. It slows down the workflow. Imagine you're playing along, and just want to stop to check a particular bar. You stop, cursor jumps back immediately, and now you are forced to search through the entire track to find that bar so you can check it.
Could you please at least add the option to have the cursor stay at the bar where I have stopped it, instead of jumping back?
Thank you very much.
I'm using v1.5.6 on Debian.
Hi. I would also consider this a bug: one can reasonably expect "pause" and "stop" buttons to behave differently.
I've implemented a fix in this fork, since it seems there is no more dev activity here.
Installable builds are available for Linux, Windows, MacOs and Android.
Note: "pause" feature was already working fine in Android..
