#4 Entry field presettings for create new directory action

This patch modifies the entry field presetting for the create new directory (F7) action.

The current behaviour is to provide an empty entry field. This patch (inspired by the Total Commander behaviour) is proposing to change that and to provide a presetting based on the current position of the cursor:
If the cursor is on a directory, the presetting is <DIRECTORY>.
If the cursor is on a file, the presetting is <FILE> (without the potentially existing file extension).
