#2 Usability: Swap "equal" buttons

This patch addresses the "=", "~", "/", ".." buttons of the two panels of Tux Commander.

Nearly all buttons apply to their respective panel, so for instance pressing the left "~" will switch the left panel to the home directory. The only exception is the equal ("=") button which triggers the other panel to change. So for instance pressing the left "=" will cause the right panel the current directory of the left panel.

This IMHO is counter-intuitive as it is not consistent. This patch proposes to change that resulting in a setup where all buttons trigger actions in their respective panel.
