Hi all,

I'm not sure if I just can't find these features, they are broken in my 
situation or if they don't exist. I run KDE:

1. Right click highlighting ala TotalCMD.
2. Drag and dropping.
3. Pressing Shift-F6 to rename a file (I thought I saw this referenced 
in the config, but it didn't work).
4. Anyway to get the file size display to display in [Kilo|Mega|Giga]Bytes?
5. Anywhere I can make donations to the project?

I am running tuxcmd-dev-0.5.39-bin.
