#4 smart file preview/info

like F3 in midnight commander

the idea is quite simple, it would be a merge of mc and
FAR manager (or M602)

in one panel, you would have normal file listing
in the other one, there would be info/preview on the
current file

such as
- all the file system info (size, dates, permissions etc)
- mime type as detected by "file -i"
- mimetype-scpecific info like in mc e.g. bitrate and
tags for OGG/MP3 files, codec info for video files,
file-listings for archives, dependecy info for RPM/DEB
packages, text extract for documents (rtf, TeX, html,
pdf etc)
- preview of several text lines from the begining of
the current file
- possibly buttons with mime-type/user specific
file-actions

all this info should be easily configured either
through conf-file or GUI
