#31 Left and Right Arrows functionality

Add left and right arrows functionality like following:

1. if you press left arrow key, it will jump up over one page
2. if you press right arrow key, it will jump down over one page

It is like page up and down functionality in text editor. Look e.g. on Servant Salamander commander on Windows. Change view to brief and user arrow keys.
This is needed functionality which increase comfort very much!
With the search by typing functinality enabled and that arrows functionality makes tux commander killing application!
