#13 Issue importing file without GPS data

Hello,

I'm trying to import a .fit file without GPS data (generated by a
Garmin 310XT, used indoors in a treadmill) and I know it has both HR
and speed information (I was using a foot pod).

If I try to import a .tcx file (generated by the export utility in the
Garmin Connect website) the results are the same.

I have attached the original .fit file.
