#7 VPN Issue

We have a fully functioning turtlefirewall. All is good except that we when we try to have LAN users make a VPN connection we can only get a single concurrent vpn connection outgoing. I have been unsuccessful in finding a modified rule that will allow multiple lan users to connect via VPN to outbound networks. If anyone can confirm or point me to a solution I would greatly appreciate it.
