#9 Additional Protocol

Please either:
1. Add gre (protocol 47) to the list of protocols so I can
forward to a pptp server or
2. Add a page to add protocols just like we add services.

I've done this to my local copy, but I want it in the main
tree so I don't have to make my changes each time i
upgrade.
