#9 Perl Execution Error

Hi Techs!

When ever I create a rule in turlefirewall webmin
module I got this error:

Error - Perl execution failed

Host 'webmailer.servebbs.net' is not allowed to connect
to this MySQL server at /usr/lib/mysql_

modules.pm line 30.

but rules got created and works fine but every thing I
got this error

any one can help?
