Turck MMCache 2.4.6
I updated to PHP 4.3.9 September 23. Since then, every week
when my weekly maintenance scripts run, apache has failed. After
investigating this morning, I found out my weekly script was
issuing the command `apachectl restart`. When Turck MMCache
is enabled, this command fails. Nothing is printed to STDOUT, but
messages do show up in error_log (see attached 'error_log' file).
When issuing `apachectl stop` followed by `apachectl start`,
apache starts fine. It is just during a restart that apache fails to
start.
I recompiled turck mmcache, which didn't help.
What else can I do to help debug this problem?
Note: this might be the same as Bug #1000566.

Just confirmed this also occurs under PHP 5.0.2.
