#107 segfault on HUP and USR1 signals

redhat 7.3
apache 1.3.31
php 4.3.8
mmcache 2.4.6 and cvs (2004 07 29)

when ever I sent a HUP or USR1 to apache, apache
segfaults.. I tried the cvs and 2.4.6 version.. any
ideas? how can I help?

I tried recompiling apache/php/mmcache w/ mm 1.3.0 and still
get the results.
