When you have enough files open to double the height of
the tab bar, and then close a few so that they should
fit on one line, the tab bar stays 2 tab-lines high.
Reproduce by: opening many files until the tab bar is 2
lines of tabs, then close enough to make the tabs 1
line high; it will remain 2 tab lines high.

    This is a known bug and is not actually a bug in Turbo Pad.
    This is a bug in the wxWindows library, and I unfortunately
    can't do anything about it until the people working on
    wxWindows fix it. More information can be found at
    http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=9863&atid=109863&func=detail&aid=645323.
    This bug is also already listed in the Known Bugs file that
    comes
    with Turbo Pad.
