The Delivery note (Document type) record not in all Types tables in Databases (Sets of Books).

The Till slip and New plain paper types is not automatcally added when using the Create a Set of Books using the Advanced option in the Database.
The Create a Set of Books using the Advanced option does not automatically add the following Groups in databases:
Books created where the Groups and Paper types were not created:
