Taxonomic Unit Identification Tool (TUIT)

TUIT is a free open source platform independent tool, implemented in Java. TUIT is a command line tool that acts as a front-end to BLASTN from NCBI and performs accurate and taxonomic classification through parsing the BLASTN output.
