#73 RSS feed can't display coorect Chinese characters.(inc. pic)

Hi! First of all, thanks for providing this useable tool.
When I click the RSS feed to a RSS reader, the RSS reader can read the RSS
information but showing characters like this "統".
The point is that any Chinese characters can be correctly showing in the
main Tudu list page but the RSS feed showed the wrong character.
Does this issue related to mysql language setup during the installing of
MySQL db?

I don't think it's linked with MySQL (I've worked on that with someone from Russia, who has the same kind of issue). I think it comes from the way I create the RSS feed, but this needs closer investigation.
