(1) stock getting to minus each time checkout is done..
(2) edit qty when status is 1 should manage stock as when qty is increased or decreased it has to affect the stock
delete part is remaining: when deleting an item which is on hold the stock should increase by whatever quantity was on hold by the customer
date part is remaining: send date when changing status to 1 and update date when order booking is successful
