#27 Config option "--enable-hostnames" doesn't work

The --enable-hostnames option of tsocks-1.8_beta5 in the configuration is treated in a wrong way, so no matter if --enable or --disable is used, the HOSTNAMES always is defined as 0, i.e. server names lookup never works and the tsocks never can accept server names (ex. server = proxy.somesite.com will never work).

I propose a patch that will minimally alter the source files, though a much better solution exists.
