- Fixed win32 port - was totally broken;
- Implemented TEXT meta loading for lyrics events, and allows reading/callback for lyrics events;
- Allows MidiFile to be loaded from stream, not only from file;

version 2 fixed unix compatibility - the patch is big because it upgraded aclocal.m4 to version 1.9.6 (from version 1.9.5), I didn't know if this file in dynamically generated, as it was not removed with "make distclean"
