[Trustedjava-support] Updates of jTPM Tools and XKMS

Dear trusted-java users,

IAIK is happy to announce that the bugfix releases XKMS 0.2a and jTPM 
Tools 0.3c are available for download.

XKMS now supports the Java 6 platform.
A bug in the AIK cycle of jTPM Tools has been fixed as well.
