If you still want to run jTSS under Windows, Thomas described the theoretical path to it, but as far as I know nobody tried this yet, meaning if you want to walk this way you are on your own. Maybe keep an ear on the Trousers mailing list and if someone brave succeeds in a Windows port of Trousers then jTSS would be an interesting thing to try next. If you want to run jTSS under Linux, first get a working setup of Trousers, then read the jTSS README and follow the installation steps. When you get stuck and don't know what to do next, please report with more detail what does not work - "still facing a problem" does not explain what problem you are having.
