#26 Please allow disable the user creation during build

install-exec-hook:
/usr/sbin/groupadd tss || true
/usr/sbin/useradd -r tss -g tss || true

These may (and do:) ) conflict with distro packaging.
It would be lovely if you allow:
--disbale-user-create --with-user=<user>

To your configure script.
