#6 Test74 aborts on "Subject:" continuation

Test74 aborted on a spammer's message in alt.dcom.telecom,
with ID: <3998434b$1@delta.cellmail.com>.
The problem seems to be that while decode_header() knows
about continuations, its caller, set_subj_line(), does not. Thus the value of "size" (91) matches the first line, but the second line causes an overflow of the allocated area.
I can provide the headers, but I don't know whether they
will survive being copied into this "Details:" box. Note that the "Subject:" line below got folded; it should go
to the following '=', with a blank after "LOCAL,". The
"Newsgroups:" line also obviously got folded.
