#2 SIGINT in trn test74 seems to be mishandled

The current TRN (

Trn version: 4.0-test74 (May 26, 2000).
Configured for NNTP (plus individual local access).

Seems to NOT handle SIGINT when it is waiting for NNTP to come
up with a banner.

It gets the first one, but the 2nd one doesn't do anything.
