The recently added "Battle Rounds" property allows control of the number of rounds in a battle (ground or sea). This patch adds a new property "Sea Battle Rounds" for sea battles, while the existing "Battle Rounds" applies only to ground battles.

Allows support for the 1914 rules of a single battle round for ground battles and infinite rounds for sea and air battles.
