#209 Abiilty To Turn On Chat Filtering.

It would be nice to be able to have a chat filter that players can use that will have TripleA automatically omit words that are included in the 'bad_words' list that currently exists. It could be a simple option in the "Settings" menu that turns the feature on and off.

I am suggesting this feature because of the high amount of vulgar and inappropriate words that players use while chatting on the lobby. (Which is hardly ever dealt with by the moderators...)
