To do this you would need TripleA to come with code that
will log into an SMTP (a server that sends mail) server and
send the file.
This will though cause un-nessesary problems, people with
firewalls will start to complain about extra connection
triplea is making, and users will have to specify a SMTP
server as well, to which already many may not know what an
smtp server is.

TripleA already contacts the dice server. And the dice server is obviously capable of sending mail. So sending the savegame might be done via the dice server - if changing the dice server is an option.
