This is fast becoming my favorite new feature of TripleA. :)
A few quick thoughts on how it could be improved
1. An option to change production value (mod the IPC value of a given territory.)

2. Include 'impassible neutral' in the options for the "change owner" feature.

3. Include some edit mode options for entering things like Territory Names, Name/Unit Centers, Flags and Misc Images

4. Allow us to save out a new xml file from the edit mode, instead of just the saved game files.
If we could do those things in edit mode, then we'd pretty much have a TripleA map moding utility that would be much, much easier to use than the current methods of xml editing. It wouldn't cover everything, but it would take care of about 95%. Redoing all this stuff in a text editor is boring and tedius, (and you have to relaunch TripleA each time to check your changes), but when you get to watch things change dynamically on the map in edit mode it makes the whole process a lot more fun.

Some new optional attributes for Units, which will not need revelutionart modifications.and then we can create so many new units!
1>isivisibile: same as "issub" at sea(stealth-bombers,ninjas,spies)
2>Mutiple_hits: a integer attributes allow units to have 2 or more hits.(huge battleships, fortress, etc)
    3>is2fire:fire 2ce,same as heavybomers(fast shot weapons, double-weapon tanks same as in C&C)
4>isbombard could be used on land(like rocket lauches)
5>mobile AAs which could also attack and defend(missile lauchers)

if you are using the latest code from svn, do

    ant run

if not, then get the latest build.xml from svn, and then do ant run

if you have further questions, mail them to the triplea development mailing list, this is not the appropriate place to talk about how to compile the code
