"Any analysis with KEGG results related to this organism are available for viewing"

should be either "Any analysis with KEGG results ... IS available"
or
"Any analyses with KEGG results ... ARE available"
(i.e. match verb with singular/plural of analysis/analyses)

"If you leave a any of the criteria blank then the analysis will be not be filtered based on that field."

extra "a" after "if you leave"

also suggest replacing "then" with a comma
