#2 "Waiting for Retry" with windows/hardware DHCP server

Unable to get tRio working with either windows or
hardware-based DHCP servers. Seeing "Waiting before
Retry" on receiver's LCD.

Workaround is to disable DHCP servers and used the
ARM s/w to do DHCP. But this is far from ideal.

This should be fixed with version 0.1.4. Changing to closed
until I hear otherwise.
