Start by reviewing the mailing list archive at SourceForge, going back the 
last month or so.  That would give you the best idea of what's going on.  In 
the meantime, any ideas about the website would be good.  I tried setting up 
a set of forums and a wiki but I'm no web programmer.  Human interaction, 
feh.
