here is a link where can download packages and kernel-packages

this link is equal to the packages-link on the trinux-start-page.

there is one kernel-package called fs-linux.tgz, which contains ext2-, ext3
and reiserfs-modules. 

I built  my own trinux-cd-iso-image from iso-source with kernel 2.4.26 and
with all packages and kernel-packages from above-mentioned site. Now after
booting I can install every tgz-package.
