I'm a bit knew to UNIX environments, but I know enough to get me around. My problem is that I was installing Trinux to an old laptop via the IDE boot img. I got it to boot to the prompt and proceeded to copy over packages, but I absentmindly forgot to umount the floppy when changing disks, which created all kinds of problems when trying to access the floppy drive. So I rebooted to try and fix it. This is where my problem comes in...hda1 didn't get umounted either....so now whenever I boot, whether with Trinux boot disk or a Win95 boot disk....I get an "invalid system disk" error. Is there a way to fix this or is my harddrive now unusable?

Angelus Errare - "Where Angels Lose Their Way"
======================
RazorChrist

Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
