Du meintest am 05.01.04 zum Thema [Trinux-talk] Cannot Configure Nic NE2000:

Which IRQ does the card use? Maybe you have to set it to "ISA" or  
"legacy" in the CMOS setup.

Can you see the card in
        /proc/interrupts
        /proc/ioports

What tells
        ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.21 up

        ifconfig
