[Trinux-talk] cdpdump

I switched hardware recently (after havig Trinux up for more than 2 
months 24x7); now after a few days of smooth run on the new PC, I am 
getting every few  minutes some kind of crond output stating:

crond[495]: USER root pid XXXX cmd /usr/bin/cdpdump

This disturbs the screen status of currently running traffic analyzers.

What is the cause / remedy for this ?
