[Trinux-talk] mii-tool or ethtool for Trinux?

Is there an ethtool or mii-tool package or another way to set speed and
duplex for NICs in Trinux?  I have a laptop with 2 3c575 PCMCIA NICs.  One
is properly negotiating 100-Full with the switch.  The other is negotiating
100-Half for some reason.
