[Trinux-talk] Trinux and Disk on Key -- Please help

I am new to the linux developers world and I was hoping some of you could help 
me out.  I am attempting to install Trinux on an M-Systems 64MB Disk on Key.  I 
have seen various postings on many different forums about booting to a usb key 
device.  Unfortunately, none of them contained any specific information about 
the software and utilities that would be used to do so.  Any specific 
information about how I could accomplish this goal would be greatly appreciated.
