Hallo, Benedek, Du meintest am 11.05.03 zum Thema [Trinux-talk] HELP kernel compile: > i hava a special trinux cd. It is make by my teacher. The route > command work not propelly What does not work properly? What tells "route -n"? > if we have to NIC and we want put > packages from once of network to the other. My teacher said me i > must kernel compile (now 2.4.5) and then it is will working. Sounds strange ... a new packet with a new "route" should do the job (and the old packeage should do it, too). The original "route" is part of "basenet.tgz". > But I > dont know how can i change the kernel to the another. If the new kernel fits onto the disk - delete the old kernel and put the new onto the disk. If you use many modules: the modules have to be put "somehow" into "lib/modules"...". Viele Gruesse!
