[Trinux-talk] Help me please

I'm writing you because I'm what can be call an complete newbbie in this topics and I'm very interesting in install Trinux but I don't know how. Please don't tell GO TO FAQs or Install help files because my problem is that I don't know where kernel file is and how to use it. Please I don't have IRC so I can't contact you using this way and I really want to install Trinux
