That kernel isn't *that* big and I couldn't find anything about limitations using ISOLINUX. Did you re-run mkisofs to create a new .iso as in: ISO="/alt/trinux/trinux.iso" ISOROOT="/alt/trinux/iso" mkisofs -R -J -o $ISO -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table $ISOROOT or did you raw-edit the .iso somehow?
