How would one remove an old kernel say 2.4.5 from an existing bootdisk and replace it with a newer (2.4.19) kernel? i've tried using dd if=/newkernel of=/dev/fd0 and such but it seems to wipe my entire bootdisk... also how would i go about creating my own trinux.img file? _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com |
