Thanks for the tip on the better servers, but I get the same results as before for both: # getpkg bash http://trinux.sf.net/pkg/ (Waits for about 20 secs) # (# sign returns) # ls (shows no bash.tgz) # pkgadd bash bash.tgz not found! What should I expect from getpkg? If it finds the package I requested will it output anything to the screen while it is being downloaded? I can ping http://trinux.sf.net/pkg/. nslookup resolves trinux.sf.net to 216.136.171.201 snarf http://trinux.sf.net/pkg also seems to work fine. I assume that getpkg must do some sort of anonymous login. Could this be failing for some reason? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
