[Trinux-talk] invalid gzip magic error

hello all.
i have just finished making the boot floppy for the 0.80rc2 ide image.
everything booted fine.
i was able to connect with dhcp.
but when i put the package floppies in i keep getting
" gunzip : invalid gzip magic  " 
error.
none of the packages install.
i looked through the help files and the faq's and didnt see anything
about it.
