Because of the way the shells are spawned by busybox, .profile .bashrc
(setting environment variables within the linuxrc).  However if you ssh
into the Trinux box, that should work. This was something I messed around
with for a while but could never fix it with out breaking things worse, so
if somebody could find a workaround that would be great.
