How do I get the network boot disk to see my cdrom. On the "Selecting = Packages" page under "Fixed Disk Package Loading " step 4 says that you = can add other file systems to a boot disk but it doesn't say how to add = the kernel modules. I am assuming that if you can add ext2 that you = could also add ISO. In either case where do I put the .O files on the = boot disk and what config files do I edit and with what lines? I tried = adding the .O files to the root of the floppy and adding "alias ext2" & = "alias isofs" to modules but this didn't work. My goal is to have several files systems (ext2, ext3, fat16 fat32, iso, = smb, ntfs) supported and all of the network cards supported. I was = thinking adding the files systems to the network boot disk was the one = way of doing this. Is there a better way to do this? Thanks for your help. |
