There's no good reason it couldn't be used as a firewall/router (actually
thats what I'm using for my cable modem right now) its just that Trinux is
not as plug and play as LRP, Freesco, or the other distros that are
designed explicitly for firewall/routing.

If you want to use it as such just, add netfilter.tgz and iptables.tgz to
\tux\config\kpkglist on the boot floppy and then add whatever iptables
commands to \tux\init\last and it should work just fine.
