Let me double check the package. I haven't actually tested in on 2.4.x and I think the modules have changed slightly from 2.2.x. There might also be a problem with mount -- because I didn't include nfs support in the busybox mount applet. What modules are loaded? You shouldn't need portmap, though. -mdf > Thanks.
